Chapter 1

I'm just sitting on a bench at the dock in my new town when a boy I didn't even look at sits down next to me. I'm listening to my Ipod but I still hear "AH! Are you new?" I look up and and see a large older women in a purple robe type dress infront of me.I take me ears puds out and look at her "What a silly question. Right? OF COURSE your new. I have never seen a sole like yours...so beaten and broken..." At that I get up and walk away. I don't mean to be rude but I don't want to hear the condition my sole is in by some stranger. I walk over to a mini shop and stand leaning on the wall. "Hi" I hear and look to my side to see a bot about my age. I give him a little wave. "So Ramona, that lady that you probably consider crazy, wanted me to tell you that she want to see you again." "Why didnt she tell me?" I ask "She said she had to get back and she knew I would see you again." "And what if you didn't" I answer. He seems to think and finally answers "Ramona is always right" I get off the wall and stand in front of the boy. "Well, in that case, I'll see you later" and I walk away to my new house. "I didn't really meant it" I say to my new neighbor, Blake "Like I said, Ramona is always right." When my mom and I moved here we did because her friend owned a house. Her friend lived here but I knew only that.. Turns out she is also out new neighbor and her son is the boy from the dock, who's name I learned, is Blake.
